Katrina was born to a Kashmiri father (NRI) and a British mother in the famous city of London , United Kingdom on 16 th July, 1984. Her zodiac sign is Cancer and she is 5’9″ tall. She is one of the eight sisters in the family and she was bought up in London and Hawaii . She is a very romantic person and she has her own intimate dreams. She is not much of a party lover. She likes to keep all her celebrations within her dear and near friends and family. She entered in the modeling world when she was 14 years old. It was an accidental modeling assignment in Hawaii for a jewellery campaign that gave her the courage to take up more assignments. The more and more modeling assignments gave her a good publicity and it was Kaizad Gustad who discovered her and offered with a role in his film ‘Boom’. Following this movie she got very much attracted towards acting and she decided to base herself permanently in Mumbai. She is now learning Hindi and Kathak to set herself in Bollywood.
